You are only ordering rebates, available where applicable.It is up to you to order service after this process, where you will be offered different prices and packages by your Comcast representative. Rebates are voided if you order service BEFORE receiving the rebate forms in your email box. This process normally takes less than one business day.
Beginning 2/15/10 all exclusive rebates offered:
· $25 for any single service product
· $75 for any double play (combination of two services)
· $150 for any triple play (combination of three services)

· Triple Plays:
High-Speed Internet, Digital Cable, Digital Voice $150
High-Speed Internet, Digital Voice, Digital Cable + HD Upgrade $150
Customers will need to complete the rebate form(s) and include the following with their rebate submission:
· Completed rebate form(s) including date of order.
· A copy of all pages in first month’s Comcast service bill.
· A copy of the order confirmation page or a copy of the confirmation email.

Rebate submissions must be postmarked within 60 days from date of purchase. Please have your customers keep a copy of all materials submitted for their records. Customers can also check the status of their rebates here: http://support.broadbandoffers.com.
